- You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- New paid subscriptions can request a full refund within 7 days of the first payment if the service did not work for you. Email support with your registered email and payment ID.
- Renewals and yearly plans after 7 days are non-refundable.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
