Terms & Conditions

These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and World X Growth Official ("we", "us"), the operator of DMKaro. By ticking "I agree" at sign-up, or by continuing with Google, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer. Your acceptance is recorded electronically with the date, time, IP address and version, and is valid under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract under Indian law.
• Give true, current information. Your email may be verified with a one-time code, and your mobile number must be verified by OTP before you create automations (when this check is on).
• Do not create accounts with fake, temporary or someone else's email or phone number. We may block disposable emails and remove fake or duplicate accounts.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. The service

DMKaro automatically sends Instagram Direct Messages, Facebook Messenger messages and public comment replies through Meta's official APIs, based on rules you set. Features and limits depend on your plan.

3. Your responsibilities

• Connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
• Follow Instagram's Community Guidelines, Meta's Platform Terms, Google's terms (if you use Google sign-in) and Indian law, including laws on spam, consumer protection, advertising and data protection.
• You are responsible for the content of your messages, links, offers and products, and for how you use the leads (emails/phones) you collect. You must have a lawful basis to contact them.
• Not allowed: spam, misleading or fraudulent offers, adult, hateful or illegal content, phishing, malware, impersonation, buying or selling followers, or messaging people who did not interact with you.

4. Plans, payments & refunds

Paid plans are charged in advance in INR for the period you choose, through our payment partners. Prices may change with prior notice for the next billing period. Refunds follow our Refund policy. Taxes apply as per law.

5. Third-party platforms

Instagram, Facebook, Messenger and Google are third-party services. They may change, limit or stop their APIs, review our app, or restrict accounts. We are not responsible for their actions, and such changes may affect features.

6. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms, put the platform or other users at risk, or when Meta or the law requires it.

7. Intellectual property

The DMKaro software, design and brand belong to us. You keep the rights to your content and give us a limited licence to process it only to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee any number of DMs, followers, leads or sales. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for claims, penalties or losses arising from your content, your messages, or your breach of these Terms or of any law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you and may ask you to accept the new version to keep using the Service.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first; most issues are solved quickly. Courts in India have jurisdiction.
